flip up caps for Leupold Mark AR needed

Looking for a set of flip up caps for my new Leupold Mark AR 1.5-4x 20 scope.

I've been on the Leupold site and Butler creek but can't seem to figure out which cap sizes I need.

Does anyone have these and could you tell me what sizes I need or do you have a set to sell ???
