So I am looking to get some other sights for my AR M4gery besides my carry handle. I plan on getting used to shooting with Irons then I will get an EoTech later. However I am trying to decide if I should go with something like the ARMS #40L or a Troy FlipUp or get something like the LMT fixed BUIS or something of that nature.
This is going to be going on my 14.5 AR, and I plan on keeping my FSP on my gun and putting a 7" rail on it, eventually. I might get a flip up front sight gas block, but I don't really know.
My other plan of thinking is to get a 10" rail or something with a low profile gas block and put a flip-up on the top and have a total flipup system. I do kind of enjoy the FSP on the 14.5 carbines however.
As I sit around looking at pictures on the ARFCOM forums I see a flipup and I like it I see a fixed and I change my mind. I am not sure what kind of co-witness I want.
What is your preference?
