floor plate conversion?

Hi there all. I need some advice. I have a stevens model 200 in 7mm rem mag and I am wondering if I can cut out the bottom of the stock or buy a kit to convert it to a hinged floor plate or better yet a clip style. Is this at all possible? is there such a kit? CAn it be done at home?

You should be able to retro fit all the old style 110 clip model parts to your Stevens. There is no "kit", you just find all the parts and assemble, then adjust and re-assemble. - dan
