Type 81 uses different magazines than the AK47 series of rifles.

I was under the impression we'd be getting them with non-restricted barrels.

That would be awesome! But their site lists it as 455mm (its under the coming soon section).

Could anyone chime in on this?

We would bring in Type 81 in NR configuration. The other two would be restricted.

Anyone who's wondering, they are going to be importing them in NR!!! They should update their coming soon section to reflect this so there is no more confusion though, I had to do a lot of searching for the post.

I cant wait to get my hands on one.. Time to set a mark on the calendar for Q4 2013.. tick, tock, tick, tock.... lol

Thanks for the input guys. We are working on the Type 81. The Floro MK9 is a no go due to the costs. We have decided not to pursue the Mendoza due to lack of response from the manufacturer as well as our focusing on the other exciting projects we are working on.

When we have some good news on the Type 81 we'll be sure to let everyone know.
