Flush cups and swivels

Morning all, looking for info and sources for flush cups and sling swivels. I want to install a couple sets on two stocks that have accu-shot front rails.

Does anyone in Canada deal the Grovetec ones? Are these all interchangeable between brands? Etc.

Application is a McMillan A5, the second stock is undetermined as yet, can't see that it makes a difference.
 
I could probably start a different thread on this, but I tried the flush cups on a hunting rifle and disliked it. Having a sling mount that wasn't obtrusive and easy to remove was great, but the sling tended to twist alot.

If someone made a bipod mount for them that could be nice, or one that was flush mount and didn't swivel (I should probably search the web, maybe someone does make them)

On the butt stock at least I want them so I can have the option of a rear bag without ripping it on a stud. The swivel twisting I don't mind. And now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
