Is any other reason to go for Hornady “Lock-N-Load” over Dillon 650? I checked prices in US and 650 is only $60 more. How about quality; materials, workmanship. How good is Hornady’s warranty? Thanks.

I cannot comment on Hornady warranty, but the no BS warranty for dillion is Rock solid I even had a primer detonation, (my fault when I was green at reloading), dillion insisted on paying for a new primer assembly I only paid shipping.

Bought my dillon 550B 17 years ago. ordered it by phone on a monday, and it showed up at my door via UPS from Arizona to Edmonton on thursday afternoon. Awesome customer service.
 
Onty, search for locknload on this forum, there is a first hand comparison of a Loadmaster,a Locknload and a 650. Very interesting reading.

Lockstock and barrel sells LNL for $340.00 us, and ships to Canada, Dillon 650 is $499.00?
 
go directly to Dillon, you can save even with the shipping. paid only 25 bucks for the shipping UPS. if you know somebody from the U.s., let them send it to you as a gift, and you can save on the taxes and other charges. with ammo requirements 1000 rnds per month for each caliber, 45 and 4o, it will take me 6 hrs. including setting up. thats 3 hrs per session. (550b)
