He wasn’t air canada, he was just the oversize luggage attendant. He wasn’t sure and he called over a Air canada girl and said they considered it ammunition. They couldn’t find a form at first, it was a bit of mess and left the impression that they weren’t experience enough with it. As some guys here state they have no problem so who knows. I also had a bag full of heavy work tools in my luggage that may have contributed to the searches.
