I made a batch of 30-30 loaded with 110gr round nose FMJ, that's supposed to be for the M1 Carbine, crimped with the Lee Factory Crimp die. Do you think this will be safe in the tubular magazine?
I did a lot of looking around on this subject and found that in the past, Remington use to have a factory load called Remington UMC 100gr RN FMJ for the 30-30. The PCMR also use to issue 160gr round nose FMJ for their Winchester 94 and Marlin 36. The only reloading data I could find that actually lists load data for the 110gr RN FMJ was an old Sierra reloading manual.
