FMJ or TMJ for Springfield Armory XD40 Tactical

Howdy, I have a Springfield Armory XD40 Tactical and was wondering if any other owners of this fine piece, could tell me what their experience is using FMJ, and TMJ ammunition. I don't know what this model prefers. I'd rather know before buying a few thousand rounds.

My XD's have digested everything I have fed it without issue. Buy what you like. No worries.

The shape of the bullets would matter more than tmj or fmj. The only appreciable difference, is that fmj typically has an exposed lead base, whereas Total Metal Jackets are fully enclosed. If they are the same shape, and the weight you want, go for whatever is cheaper.

My XD-45 likes everything I've put through it. I had a little issue with some SWC feeding when the gun was new, but they fed fine after a good cleaning.
