Originally 150gr M2 ball, but it should be adaptable due to variable settings for gas piston. If reloading, you'll need a burn rate similar to IMR 4895.
Start with gas system as open as possible so action does not eject the case, load only one round at a time in the magazine, then gradually close the vent down until cases land fairly gently and close by. Then try two rounds at a time in the mag. Repeat. There might be a narrow window where the bolt moves enough to eject, but both sears are not fully engaged, allowing a small possibility of a burst until mag is empty. You don't want to have that happen with a 30-06. Should go well past this point by 2-3 positions.
