FN FAL / L1A1 UTG Rail

Anyone know where I can get one? Of if a Canadian dealer can bring one in?
(I know they are discontinued but they seem available in the US) I assume ITAR rules would apply?

My old Ishy needs an upgrade. and UTG is fine for that purpose.

Thanks. I have been looking for other Leapers items. As for Marstar I've asked and been beaten down. The 'sold out' items are, what, sold out 3-4 years?

saw two at the last Vernon BC gunshow....the fellow was an asian gentleman with a whole bunch of new imported optics, mounts and rings for sale....I have seen him set up in Chilliwack and Kamloops previous years....maybe he is on here or someone here knows who he is....
