FN Five Seven

Good to know, I have a buddy who really wants one. Actually he wants a P-90 but would settle for this as I think there are no P-90s in Canada and it fires the same round.
 
Saw some civvie ammo for this pistol in the Bass Pro in Las Vegas last year for $21 US for 50 rounds. Not sure what it goes for up here but I bet it's more than that.

I fired this pistol when some FN reps were here in BC several years back when it was first announced. Nothing to write home about.... in other words.... meh!

ammo is scarce, had the same interest..lost all of it when i saw NOOOBODY had the ammo readily available....its a sweet concept, if ammo was as readily avl like the big 3, i would definately take the plunge...but for its price, im better off with an ar variant

... Is there even a recorded case of a gangbanger using one against a cop? Neither the gun nor the ammo is very affordable.

It's a great gun, but with the 10 round mag limit in Canada, it loses most of its luster...

TT-33's and CZ 52's are much more affordable alternatives.
 
I know there is no record of if being used against a cop and as far as I know same goes with anti-amour pistol rounds and teflon coated rounds that are made too go through amour. BUT that doesn't mean THEY (the anti-gun people) will tell you this, and that you can't not buy this kind of ammo anyways. Same deal goes with a Barret .50cal. Sure the gun can do some serious damage IF you have the skills to use one and have the $10,000+ to dish out to get one plus how ever much ammo is. They seem to forget that and the fact that its a 5foot long gun and weighs over 30 pounds.....logic is not one of their daily used skills.

$36/50rds. It is available with the purchase of a 5.7 pistol only though.
 
Florin!!! You havent bought a gun in 3 days! You need to come in and buy the Five Seven and then I will be more than happy to sell you some ammo~ Only 1000 rounds tho :(

ahhh, i just bought the AR15, the one that was on consignment. that put a hole in my wallet, but, i had the pleasure of firing it today at the range. wow! my first rifle ever, and it's awesome! i'm taking some pics now of my collection :rockOn:

you have 5.7 in bulk?? no wayyyy, how much? i think that might be my next purchase though, the Five Seven.
