Don't let the Military guys hear that!
They'll go on and on about how the C7 won the trials and is the greatest thing since Jesus carried a Brown Bess at the battle of Waterloo.

IIRC, Jesus carried a Ferguson. He was more of a rifle than musket kinda messiah.

The FNC and the Galil both did better on trials from what I hear. The C7 was a political decision. I've shot all three, and if I had to trust my life to them, any AR derivitive would be my last choice. Just not as functionaly reliable as the gas piston.

Ahhh, don't believe what others might tell you..........
Alot of us in the military don't think very highly of the C7, especially the techs.
For myself, I'm still going through FNC1/C2 withdrawl, even after 20 some odd years. Now, if you were talking about the C6 MG (FN MAG)....now that is an awesome piece of kit.

If you guys need belgian mags & certain parts on the FNC, My belgian buddies can hook me up, since I'm still in touch with them. :)

a couple of firing pins and a spare bolt would be great!

I'll take a complete rifle... I mean paper weight. :D

Actually, I wouldn't mind if some one could send me some pictures of the dust cover so I can copy it and make one fit my AR180B.
