FN FS2000 Availability?

I tried googleing equipment exchange and found an A R site , but its out of the states. Is that it or am I missing something?? Any help would be appreciatted.

Can you please explain what you mean by this? It is a very well made, accurate, reliable, ergonomic rifle that is in service with a few countries. How is it a "non battle rifle"?

Agreed on all points.. not sure what "non-battle rifle" is meaning?

It is accurate. But here are the points that I don't like:

1. The mag does not drop freely when you press the mag release button. You have to manually pull it out. So mag change is slow compare to an AR, or the Tavor.

2. It is not true ambi (at least for me), the charging handle cannot change side. For lefty like me I have to use my strong hand to pull the charging handle. Like how the right hand people use the Swiss Arms.

3. To make it worse, the Charging handle is not locked to the back when the last round is fired. After mag is change it is required to pull the charging handle again. There is not close bolt button. Again very bad for lefty. And again changing mag is slow....

4. Certain parts break easily. It is not really that reliable. I put my sling on the right side (again I am lefty) and it blocks the ejection port without me noticing it and the whole ejection cover blew away when the the 5 brasses tried to come out. I am just shooting at the bench and it happens.
I also broke a part called "switch" when I was trying to assemble the firearm. It is made by pure plastic. Lastly, I have heard that the charging handle break easily also. This information is from the FN forum.

7. If it jam, most of the cases you have to field strip it to clear the rifle.

8. Finally, the trigger really sucks. I have the Tavor also so you know what I mean.

Just my opinion. I do not hate FN since I still have my Scar preordered.
