FN Info needed!!

Greetings fellow CGN'ers!!

I just "inherited" an old FN rifle in .270 WIN & want to find out some specifics about it (year of manufacture, etc). Does anyone know where I can go to find out what I need? All I have is a serial # and the rifle but there is lttle else to go by. As far as I can find, it is either a deluxe Mauser or a supreme Mauser.
