fn ps90, legal in canada?

They are 100% legal, restricted but there is an FRT # for a non-restricted one. As for its availability, hard to say... The export stuff from the U.S. seem difficult for a while concerning that particular gun.

Legal to own, not available from the US.

I beleive they only make select fire versions there so no go

but if they did make a semi go for it

FN USA says the FS2000 and PS90 are 100% built in Belgium, then imported into US. Some of the Brady types in the US are whining about it as under Clinton, they would not have been allowed. Executive branch makes the decision whether the firearm meets the "sporting purposes" test (which means go/no-go for import)- no point system or anything like that.

So, long story short, really not sure why we haven't gotten any in this country, though I imagine FNHerstal is shipping to the US market like a mofo to beat any further potential AWB in 08/09.

I got my daughter to do it

Tell us how?!!! Please, please, please!:D Did you go through an importer like Questar by chance?

No seriously, I did a grey market import and that avenue has now been closed.
