To clarify:

Of what benefit is it for a company to post "rumours" that may pertain to another company. Until the cold facts become "public", would it not be best to simply keep this to yourself.

Remember, it wasn't too long that ALL the charges were dropped against the old USSR crew.

is leo still not in court... rob posts on here, ask him but last post by rob was that leo was still fighting it and the ex-officer was riding his legal coattails.
 
So lets say the individual importer in question was cleared of any/all canadian charges...if the guns were exported illegally from the US and canada customs is cooperating with US authorities, might the exporter/importer face US charges and extradition?

Doubtful because he couldn't have simply walked into a US gunshop and bought them. The dealer in the US would have had to ship them, so they would be the ones facing charges under the AECA.
 
If the importer lied on the end user certificates........
