FN Sako 375H&H Magnum Mauser value?

Hello

Anyone have any input on the value of an FN Sako 375H&H in vg to excellent original condition? Missing the front sight hood and the recoil pad is crushed due to standing on it for years but all original. Really nice piece of light walnut too. Sako style trigger with side safety and non hinged floorplate with protruding release button. Thanks for any help.
 
Well, they should get as much as the FN/Browning ones, even a bit more, because they are scarcer, as they are the same rifle (very similar (can say SAME) stock, and usually fitted wit the Sako trigger - which both others may also have). But "unfortunately" - for the sellers - it is a sleeper for now.
As in your description you say it does not have the hinged floorplate, it is likely a pre-1957 version - what's the S/N? - in 1957 they started using the "Supreme" action. Production happened from 1951 to 1960, but they also supplied a lot of these actions to others for a while even well after the L61R was introduced (1962). S/N starts at 100001 and 111300 is end of 1958. Is it d&t for scope mount? A lot where d&t at FN only on the front receiver ring.
If you're the buyer, you are in good position to deal - If you're the seller, then, unless tyhe buyer knows what he buys, you are in "muddy water".. For now, a fair price for both seems to be around 1000.00 $ / 1200.00 $ but if it's already yours, then, keep it for some time, the value can only go UP. The European models usually have a straight comb while most original Canadian imports have MC stocks. Can you post some (full lenght and close-up) pics?
 
Thanks guys. It is not mine so I don't have pics. It has a 110### serial#. It has the monte carlo stock with a pretty piece of wood.
 
I purchased 2 of these on the EE about a year and a half ago.
300 H&H and 375 H&H, I basically paid $750 for the barreled actions as both stocks had been carved with some wild critters in them that I had no desire for.
Have new stocks being made and hoping to get them back this sping but would have gladly paid double that for a complete one in good original state.
