FN Winchesters?

Here's a pic of mine, with a 5 shot group < MOA with factory ammo. My reloads are much better. I have since then swapped that 2.5-8x scope to a 3-9x and switched the bases and rings. This is a 30-06 and it loves 180gr accubonds and RL22.

Is that a sporter or super grade?? Beautiful gun!

I have 2, an Ultimate Shadow Stainless in 300 wsm and a Stainless Featherweight in 270 wsm. I love them both! Very accurate firearms that handle well for me. Ignore the time stamp!

That is stunning! I see WSS has a M70 FWT SS in 300 wsm, looks like ill be makin a phone call to see if they have one in stock, if so I think im sold..

No doubt, the M70 is the Rifleman's rifle (especially the newer ones). You'd need to spend a lot more $ to improve on that package!
I am fortunate to own an older (not pre-64) .308 with bull barrel, and new FWT in .270 and Safari .375 H&H. Love them all!

I have a couple supergrades, one is the 75th anniversary model, the other I chose to make a 340 Wby on because of the 26" tube and the weight, PERFECT for a 340.

Now I'm looking for a blued Ftrwt in 325 WSM if anybody has one they'd be willing to part with?

c-fbmi,

Your 75th anniversary supergrade is gorgeous!

Yes, our Sakos are superb rifles but these FM M70's are not that far behind in quality (and often at 1/2 the price!).
Moreover, I prefer the M70's mauser-style CRF and safety, and I find the recoil pads are better too. lol.
