FNAR - is ti a prohib?

Wasn't sure where else to post this....is the FN FNAR too much of a "FAL", or does it "slide through the same loophole" as the AR-180B?

Why would it be prohib? It's a BAR sporting rifle with detachable mag, big deal. Stupid name though, just leads to confusion.
