Hey guys,

Looking to order the FNAR but won't until I can source mags... Don't care if they are the 5, 10 or 20 rounders long as they are pinned and legal.

Wantsallonline has 1

Brownells has the 5 rounders but don't know if they will ship mags.

Thanks for any help!

I run guns has no mags and wants alive only has 1

It's 20" barrel non restricted but not threaded. The mags are 90-100$ each I have seen it shoot and have seen the ability to easily pull off 1Moa and is setup and the right ammo could do .5moa

I know it's heavy but really want this as my all around hunting rifle.

I got the 20" Heavy a couple of months ago. Siting in a 3-9 Leupold scope it shot a .343 at 50 yds and consistently shoots just over .5 moa with the right ammo. This rifle is amazing. Buy it, buy it now and worry about the mags later...

For hunting you should go with the FNAR standard over the heavy -- it is a full pound lighter in weight (which makes a big difference over the course of a day) for the same barrel length and still moa.

Whenever you can, avoid the 5/20 metal factory mags.

As heavy as it was made out of lead due to the cast bottom plate.

My heavy barrel shoots 1" at 100m (and probably below if I wasn't so tired) with cheap Norc ammo and I suck at distance shooting.
