I had a credit card compromised during the handgun mass buy, but can’t blame these guys for the info getting hacked. It’s not like the gas station guy in Brampton stealing your info and selling it to their cousin. It legit got hacked
I have had nothing but good experiences buying from FOC and will continue to because the prices are great and service has been spot on

I’ve always said, data breaches happen. Can’t really blame them too much for that. Covering up so they could cash in on the panic buying, especially in this industry, shows an extreme lack of ethics.

And for what it’s worth I had bought from them several times before the breach, mostly online, once in person, and never found their customer service to be good. There was always at least one thing that went wrong, mostly poor customer service, probably the best transaction I had they never sent a shipping notification or tracking number and the package showed up unexpectedly.

They already admitted that they made mistake and they said they have since rectified it. If some people didn’t believe that they rectified it then don’t shop there ever again.

Some people are like nagging housewives who continue bring up old mistakes of their spouse’s even though their husband admitted and apologized. Nag and nag. Most men know how annoying is this.

Forgive and move on is healthy for souls. No need to shop there if they don’t want to.
