FOC... what's going on guys.

You've got a call centre that is picking up the phone but otherwise completely unable to address anything to do with existing orders.

I have got an order (#100065552) that's been sitting as ready for UPS since Mar/27 and still sitting on your warehouse floor. I've emailed shipping@firearmsoutletcanada.com several times to no avail. Your call centre cannot transfer nor reach your shipping manager and always defers to there.

So essentially you've let your customers with no way to reach you at all. Even your competitors are taking calls - and cancelling orders they cannot fulfil.

Please respond.

There's a pandemic going on

and most businesses have been stretched to the limit by having to transition to primarily online as well as deal with a massive increase in the number of orders...
I doubt UPS pulls up with a Semi to the store...

What would you imagine the pressure is on the shipping network where 30% of businesses in a country have to turn their business upside down in 3 weeks and switch to no walk in traffic and mail everything?

This here folks is an example of why a lot of Canadians are doomed in a SHTF scenario. We still have individuals that think the world revolves around them in this current crisis of untold magnitude. These folks will be the first to perish as they are most likely dicks all the time and people dont forget that.

I completely agree. Just wow. Two whole business days and the OP is bent out of shape that a business trying to stay operating in the middle of a global crisis has not dropped everything to serve him.

LOL thanks for this!! Made my day ha great levity.

Look guys... yes I'm super frustrated, not because of shipment delays now but because there is NO WAY to cancel an order with FOC right now. At least Tenda, with the hate going on, will cancel an order without issue if you ask them to. Call FOC and it's "you need to talk to the shipping guy". And the only way to reach the shipping guy is via email. This is what I'm finding unacceptable.

And whichever one of you above, don't be calling people dicks. It's customer service I'm after after spending hard earned dollars that have already been taken out of my account. Basic.

Okay okay guys... I respond to consensus. Yes will back my entitled butt off of FOC's case. Thx for the shake guys. See the internet always works sometimes.

I'd just like to cancel now. But doesn't seem like there's anyway to do so.

With bated breath I shall continue to await.

I dont think the issue is the fact that it hasnt shipped. Its the fact that he keeps getting the run around. Ive never understood why companies waste there money on a call center when the call centers are useless and give next to zero information and can never help you. Its like trying to use one of those online chats. Useless.

A shipping question is a basic task. Either keep your customers informed or close all sales till this Covid BS blows over.

Maybe they have responded and cancelled the order for you.
They may have added your name to the 'Special Customer List'.

A buddy of mine owns a business and plays with steel stock on the side.
Someone came in one day and wanted a certain length. So he told him
the price, because once cut, the rest may never get used.
Anyway 'the customer' wasn't happy and said he was going elsewhere.
Elsewhere wasn't open that day and my buddy knew it.
Shortly 'the customer' returned and wanted the piece.
My buddy told him flat out, "You don't have enough money to buy this."
He detests people who think because they are buying a product that
they can call the shots.
