FOC Your Shipping Manager is Working Hard!!

All good ordered tac14 on tuesday and looks like it will land here by friday,everyone has hiccups especially during these times but getting in touch with someone should be an available service since you can iron issues our in couple of minutes.cheers

Unprecedented times, and both a blessing and a curse for businesses such as this. All the demand planning from a stock/resource perspect could never see this coming. Black swan events and all that jazz.

It's easy for us to get comfortable when the system is running like a top; when it isn't, our memory tends to become a little...short term. We forget that there is a lot going on. I know I've done it. FOC was a little behind on my order, but they sorted it out like like pros.

Best of times, worst of times - these are the kinds of vendors we want in this community, and one that i will continue to support. If only they had more stock ;)
 
Relax, put this into perspective, considering what is going on in the world, sit down , take a breath and think. Your order isn't going to matter one bit, IF, you aren't around to receive it . Prioritize.
