The ATI stock would be restircted. You (may have) saw the Knoxx folding Stock on a 12.5" Dominion. This is non-restricted because the overall length is 26" I had this set up and although compact it really did measure 26" on the dot and all it would take is a little misinterpretation of measurements to get you into hot water. The stock wasn't friendly compared to the telescopic stocks and overall weight for gun and stock is heavier than you would think. I like an M4 style stock on a 12.5" they make some that side fold now so I would check the options there.
^ right on! I can add that a Rem LEO folder is too short for a 12.5 as well... You need almost 16" on the barrel to make it work.
Indeed I have an 18 barrel and still got about 28 inches with the LEO stock
good to know that thanks. You are lucky in you have more in the tube with the 18" when it comes down to it though. I'm jealous.i've got my leo on an 18" mag fed grizz right now. Waste of a good magazine tube
