I went to the site, the $49 folding stock is an ATI stock and not thought to be as strong as Choate or Butler Creek stocks. The prices indicate it may be an American company, but nowhere could I find an address so how would you contact them if they don't answer your emails if there is a problem. Also if it does come from the U.S., there maybe a higher shipping rate and possibly Canada customs duty. Wholesalesports.com, sirmailorder.com ,russellsports.com, and some of the sponsors at the top of the page handle Butler Creek folding stocks, which are a reasonable stock. You didn't say what make of shotgun you have, but a 12gauge stock for a Remington 870 can be made to fit a 20 gauge with some minor filing on the stock, and the stock will be a couple of thou wider than than the factory stock. The 20 gauge usually has a narrower frame than the 12 gauge(depending on brand) but the length and height of the frame are usually very close to the same.
