For 10/22; 3200 vs Banner?

The 3200 is a better scope for centerfire guns, correct? Is it worth the money over a Banner? Also, what magnification is warranted for 25, 50 and 100 yard plinking?
Is it worth it to spend the extra on a 3200?

I thought so. My HB 10/22 has a 3200 2-7x32mm on it and it works perfectly from 10 -100 yards.

I would go with the banner. I have one on my 17hmr and it works great. And realisticly, how long of a shot are you going to be taking with a .22?
It's not like you are going to be doing a 500 yard shot and need the extra precison the 3200 offers. At the distances you are going to shoot, the banner will work just fine.
