Forester Hollow Pointer............

Anyone using this for promoting cast bullet expansion for big game?Would like some feedback if available............Harold

I have the Forster hollow pointer, and did a bunch of .32WCF for raccoons. It does make a difference, but the bullets have to be soft. Too hard, or too fast, and they'll shatter. I tried some 38-55 and 45-70, too, and shot the bullets into a live alder tree. Not really scientific, but the results were discouraging. I don't think it's worth the effort.

Just thinking outloud here but using a tree as a test medium and thinking the results would be similar in flesh is a little off, IMO.
