Hey guys.

Just recieved my Stag Arms Model 2T-R.

Time to accessorize. I have started with a Magpul MOE stock, Eotech 512, some PMAG's, LAR-15 mags and am looking for your insight in regards to a forgrip. I have seen some that have a built in Bipod. What are you thoughts and also recommendation for which one to buy. If you have pics that would be great too. Thanks!!

Don't be too quick to slap a foregrip on there.... In my 5 years of (extensive) experience with the M16 family of weapons, I have come to the conclusion that foregrips hurt my shooting rather than help.

Get some trigger time in, try out some grips on people's rifles at the range, and see what you like. I find a vertical grip makes the weapon unstable as you drive from target to target, especially at longer range. However, with stubby foregrips it becomes less of an issue if you wrap you hand over the handguard, and becomes a non issue with something like a magpul angled foregrip or a Larue handstop.

I went with a Larue handstop and am very happy. I tried a foregrip some time ago, and ditched it after some field and range time with it, will never use one again.

a foregrip works excellent for me, not as accurate on longer shots but it probably halves my -next target aqasition time, also better for moving targets too, my opinion and it works for me
its apocalyptic for gophers anyways

i tried a couple with the bi-pod, the push button ejecting one was my favorite (and cheapest) until the 20th or so time pushing the button without any resistance on the legs and the whole works pooped out the foregrip onto the ground
the two i tried with the split grip just didnt cut it for me (maybe fixed with a 150$ one) they were too wobbly

First, congrats on your new rifle, I just purchased a Magpul Angled Foregrip in place of my CAA Stubby Vertical grip for my 11.5 Eagle Arms Custom.....I like it alot and a couple of range buddies that tried it were impressed. It feels quite confortable and give great control, to me anyhoo!!
Cheers!

I would reccomend the brugger & Thomet Uni-Grip with integrated bipod. They are available in polymer or aluminum, black or coyote tan. They are a very solid unit. We have the black poly ones on order, they are $150. the aluminum ones can be ordered but are nearly $100 more.

Please email sales@wolverinesupplies.com if you have any questions about these grips.

I have the aluminum one that I bought from you guys and it really does work well. The feet that pop out rotate left and right.

It is a long grip tho and some might not like that.

My negative review of that system:

If someone has to have a bipod / foregrip combo (heavy, bulky, does neither the foregrip nor bipod function all that well), I think the Grip Pod®, apparently used by the US military in some way, would be a safe bet.

Looks like the B&T, might be the same thing under a different distribution channel.

The above picture is a Fab Defense unit, not a Grip Pod.

I have a Grip Pod and am very happy with it. Just be careful of Chinese knockoffs on Ebay.

I like the B&T it rotates 360, made from aluminum and has a QD mount.

Have this on all my rifles, and love it. Try adjusting yours for height.
