well i submitted my form 6 Wednesday evening so it would be sitting on their machine Thursday morning. well sitting on Cathy's fax this morning was our approved form 6. WOW. i just had to brag :cheers:

Maybe check that #... I used (304) 616-4551

'Called afterwards to confirm they received my fax and they confirmed it had arrived...


Perhaps they have two faxes, but I've always used the 4551 # since the office moved to Martinsburg, WV and have never had a problem

Mailed mine in last spring and it was back within 10 days. I don't think it spent a day in their hands. This was my 3rd one. It might be that after your first the go through faster. Our CFO's could take note.

I have had one from day 1 so this is probably my 6th or 7th Form 6 NIA. Hell, I had one back when they were called Form 6 without the NIA. Every year is a new adventure. I called them and they said it should be faxed to me next week.

That's the number (4554) I have been using the last 3 years. First 3 years in a row with the same #. Every year I called to verify, every year a different number. 4551 works too though.
 
Hunting license online ($20) and filled out form returned in 5 days for me. The fax works fine for crossing right? I don't have to wait for a paper copy or anything?

LOL... I've had some pretty crappy looking F6's over the last few years... Some barely legible.
They pull the app off their fax... Do whatever it is they do with it. Stamp a permit # on it. It gets signed and dated and sent back to me...
I had one three years ago where all the firearm serial #'s were missing... 'Something wrong with their fax that day I guess...
'Never had it questioned by any BPO...

I assume as long as they can read/reference that number stamped in the top right corner your GTG :)
