Remember the RCMP can "re-classify" your firearm at the stroke a key", and how would you know on your way to the border?I would personally wait to hear updates to the OIC ext/proceedings, just my.05 Good Luck

I submitted my Form 6, 2 weeks ago, had it returned today. My Kodiak WK-180 was declined
Anyone else had a wk-189 declined? Any reason.

You can take them to the US!

On my recent form 6 submission, I had my fx-9 and wk180c declined intially.

I talked to ATF and they are under the mistaken assumption that any semi auto center fire rifle is banned in Canada.

They said if I could prove that my rifles are not banned, then they would approve.

So I then resubmitted the form 6 and included the relevant pages from the FRT showing that both are still non-restricted in Canada.

My form 6 including those 2 rifles was promptly approved.

Did mine in October for Michigan rifle reason and the turn around was 3 weeks

Awesome news thanks for letting us know. I've heard the ATF is up to some shady #### recently (and historically) so it doesn't surprise me.

That's good news, all my dealings getting form6's have always been less painless then dealing with the Canadian firearm program even when I submitted during the u.s. Government shutdown a few years ago.

Just got my Form 6 back approved, 4 days from submitting it via email. Nice!

Also, no problem with my Ruger PC 9 on the form, must be over that by now.

Resubmitted April 15 returned May 17, Wk180 approved (attached FRT to Application) Ruger Pc9 also approved>
