I faxed mine in December on a friday and the following monday they faxed the approved form back.... so in my case a weekend

mine both last year and this year sent in April took exactly 4 weeks by fax

by fax it took abou the same time as Abman's.

They warned me it COULD take six weeks when I called with a query, but it took less than two. He called me on my cell phone to verify some info and then faxed it out the same afternoon. It was really quite nice for a change. I guess it depends on who you get handling your file and how many apps they have in front of them.

I never fax them because I prefer an original copy.

if you fax it there and don't provide a Fax number they will mail you a hard copy.... still faster than snail mail each way
