I'm having a gun rebarreled in 219 Zipper, I took 30-30 brass ran them through my 25-35 die trimmed to length, and now my question is do you think I can final size them with a lyman 310 hand loading tool because that's what dies I have for the zipper or do I need to find regular dies to do this?, I only have the dies but know where there's a hand tool, I'm pretty sure the 310 dies only neck size am I right?
Thanks for the input in advance.

You will not be able to form those Zipper cases with the 310 Tong Tool. As you noted, those dies neck size only.
You should be able to scare up a good set of 219 Zipper dies without too much trouble. Try the EE first. Dave.

Matt, There are adapters that screw onto those dies so you can use them in a regular press. Good Luck.

Aren't the 25-35 and 219 the same body size and taper? Pretty sure they are. It will be a lot easier to size from 25-35 to 219 in that case.

I did the exact same thing that you are trying to do, only I did it about 6 or 7 years ago.

I had to anneal, between the 25-35 and 219 sizings or I would get creases in the shoulders.

I lost or broke the expander ball in the 25-35, but didn't worry too much about it, because without it, I figured that I was working the brass just a little bit less.

I had to trim the 219 quite a bit because it was all too long for the chamber when all was said and done.
