forming 6.8 spc

Having trouble finding cases for a 6.8. Can they be formed from any other case?

Nope, it's based on the .30 Remington case, MUCH smaller than the .308 family. You'll honestly probably have an easier time finding 6.8 SPC cases than .30 Rem cases to try and for them out of... If you find them, simple as running .30 Rem cases through your die and trimming.

It's parent cartridge is the .30 Remington. That brass won't be easy to find either. Don't know if the 6.8 has made it here yet. CanAm should be along to confirm that one way or the other. If you can get brass, buy at least 500. Midway, Stateside wants $10.49 per 20. Won't/can't ship up here though.

none-fired cases are hard to find up here, but factory ammo can be had & reloaded.

I did manage to get my hands on a bag of SSA brass but it uses small rifle primers whereas Remington uses large. A bit of a personal piss-off, but it's good brass. I just converted them to large primers and they were good to go.

Epps stocks brass. The last batch I bought was Rem.at $22.95 per 50. P&D had some in stock in Aug.

They will do the paperwork for $20, they are excellent people, if you order at least 500 I am sure you will be well ahead of what it will cost you otherwise

.reedsammo.com has 30Rem brass as well. Great folks to deal with.
