Formula 44/40 instant gun blue

Where I can find Formula 44/40 instant gun blue in Canada, Brownells don't ship this product to Canada. Or any suggestion for a similar (or better) product available in Canada?

The engineers use it at work, I'll ask. Good stuff, but find it only works on freshly sanded steel, and need to REALLY clean the part, like acetone then alcohol. I tried to touch up a couple rubs on a barrel and it wouldn't take, even perfectly degreased, needed a sanded surface to take.
