So I've finally got a Forster CoAx press. Thanks to dero338 for pointing me in the right direction.

I was wondering if the same rules apply for setting up the dies because there are no shell holders.

Any other tips or tricks you may have would also be appreciated.

You are now the owner of, arguably, the finest single-stage press ever made!!

Set up your dies the same as any other press, but be careful not to "cam-over" too much on your FL sizing die.
Usually not necessary with the Co-Ax.

I am approaching 28 years with mine, and it has been flawless.

Its a little bit of a pain, having to loosen a set screw, hold the nut, turn the die, and then try to hold everything in exactly the same spot while you tighten up the set screw again. I've found it just as easy to make a mental note of the flat on the nut and some writing on the die, ie: turn the nut until the next flat lines up on the M in M die, and remove the die from the press and do it there.

I'll agree with Eagleye, I have all my dies adjusted further away from the jaws than on a normal press. It just doesn't seem to flex, and the "top" of the strok is very consistent.

Congrats on getting a great press!
It is different, but sometimes different is good.

Thanks I was wondering if there was "cam over" like on other presses. Also the absence of shell holders threw me for a loop.
