Fort McMurray Trap & Skeet Starts March 29

Yes but one can see by your posts that you two are "different"?! ;)

Call it what you will, I guess that we just enjoy a challenge more than other people that want things easy, so that they can shoot more clean rounds. We have both competed in the past, but these days we shoot for fun, and it certainly isn't boring when we are on a squad.

I'll be on duty tomorrow night if anyone wants to join in the fun!:dancingbanana:
hammers back and low gun doubles, how much more fun can a guy have at skeet!
Although my new-to - me gun doesn't have hammers- heck it's not even a SxS!!:p

You do realize I am just :ang3 a little good natured fun at you, right? :p If FT. Mac wasn't such a drive I'd come join you for some shooting but to go that distance it would be nice to shoot for a weekend and register a few hundred targets. It is a long way to go for a casual evening of shooting though I am sure the entertainment value would make it worthwhile!! ;)

Just another reason that I prefer skeet, is the social aspect compared to trap. We are very easy going bunch, and we love to laugh and carry on while shooting a round of skeet, which just doesn't happen with trap. I am sure that you would have a great time if you joined us for a session. That is about the only thing that I will miss about Fort McMurray, when I retire and move South in mid June. I will be shooting a lot more sporting clays at Beaverhill, and I hope to make it over to Lloydminster now and then to try your sporting clays.
