Hello all,

I am new here and I would like to have some statistics about the forum if available. Obviously the english version seem to be bigger than the french. Could someone tell me the percentage ratio between english members vs french members. This could be a valuable information for me when I will request an information via the forum in the future or sell something in the equipment exchange.

No idea - perhaps 5%-10% French to English ? If you're trying to pick a language to use (for whatever) - I believe there would be many more French speaking persons, who understand English - than the other way round.
 
After a couple of days browsing this site, I realized it is larger that I thought and the forum in the english version is huge compared to the french one. I may find answers to my questions in french but I surely will in english. I will get my translater ready then.
 
If your previous two communications are done without a translator - you don't need one. They're perfectly easy to read and understand.
 
A translator is needed for some words because I am according importance to write text with the least spelling mistake as possible either in French or English. But I know there will still be some.
