Rimfire shooters , your opinion on if this much fouling
on the bolt will have an effect on Head Space or is caused
by poor Head Space ?

This is what accumulated after 300 rounds , does it look excessive ?

Looks alright to me after 300 rounds. .22 is dirty, some more so than others. After 300 rounds I need to use a plastic pick to get all the soot out of my MK4 pistol chamber.

CCI Quiets 710 fps.

That stuff is dirty because it doesn't build up enough pressure to seal the side walls of the cartridge case against the chamber walls when it's being fired. Other sub sonic ammo will do the same thing, especially in rifles with sloppy chambers.

This!^^^

I have shot lots uglier than that and had no issues.

Worry about it later. Much later. Like when enough mud has built up to bung up the firing pin as it drops.
