Found a cooey!

So Im learning how to solder copper pipes in my basement today (my first crack at pipework) and I lose my hammer... While Im looking for it I find a complete tube fed cooey minus stock above a heater vent. The piece that goes in the tube laying beside it... (I bought the place a little over 3 years ago) A little rusty. Not enough that steel wool isnt fixing it (no real pitting)... It works as far as work the bolt/fire dry goes... Anyways the only stamping on it is 'Cooey repeater' Can anyone narrow this down as far as model and year? Im assuming its a model 60.... thats as far as I can tell .... Oh, anyone have a stock?....lol.....
 
The cooey repeater was sold at Sears from what I know. Yes it's the same as the model 60.
Just post a want add of the EE for the stock.

Oh no, I gotta keep it.... I cant believe the thing has been here all this time. I even looked around when I moved in to see what I could find.... guess I didnt look close enough................. And..... It fires, just tried a shot..... not extracting yet, but we'll get it ...... this made my day.....lol.....

It is always cool to find a firearm , it always makes me wonder about the history of the firearm and how it got there......and why it was left behind....the mystery of a found gun...very intriguing .
 


Yes, Its weird the stock is missing but the 'tube feeder rod' (not sure of the proper term) was laid beside it. It could not have been there too long, or it was oiled very well.... I have a friend that knows a previous owner... I'll see what I can find out...
 
Looks like a 60 to me... Lucky find...
I am currently trying to play around with an aluminium chassis / stock I am making...
I will be selling my old one cheap... free if you are close by...
 
I have the same gun in the same shape. No stock. I bought this one as a parts gun so it didn't need to be registered. I did find a Model 70 and a Stevens 25 rimfire in a old house on my place when I moved here. The 70 shoots but the 25 is pretty bad.Looks like the previous owner hated it.
 
It is not a model 60. It should say model 60 on it if that's what it is. If it says Cooey repeater it was the predecessor to the model 60. The Cooey Repeater came out in 1934 and the stock had a fluted forearm. If it says Cooey Special Repeater, it would have had a hand checkered stock. This being said, a model 60 stock would probably fit but I'm not 100% sure.
