I found a nice almost mint Inglis Hi-Power this week, all original, not refinished.
serial numbers match, proper JI mag, sticker is gone. got it cheap,,i was wondering what kind of value it might have, it is a serial number 1T###X ,most the ones i have seen had a lot of wear and price was always over $1000.00, this one was well below that,, and finish was near mint,

if i can figure out how to post pictures i'l put some up,,,also,,i think if i buy a membership to CGN i can put pictures direct from my computer ,,and also gives me access to the classifieds..does that sound right,

The 1T series never had the Inglis grip sticker. These special stickers appeared on much later models. If yours had one, it was not original.
I firmly believe that Inglis BHP's are seriously undervalued. A very limited run production gun, the Inglis HP should attract much higher prices. Some of this is due to buyers & sellers who just don't realize what they have. Part of it is the so-called market hasn't swung attention to these fine guns. For example, by the time German production of Lugers was ordered stopped by Hitler in early 1942, about 1 million were made. These Lugers offend command much higher prices than the Inglis.

As for value, by way of comparison, my 98% 1T series Inglis with two original issue mags, and the original issue tan canvas holster with cleaning rod, should command >C$2000.00. Sadly, the market needs to catch up.....

That is not my 1T, I just posted a random pic from the internet to prove a point about the MAB decals. I have a 0T, 5T and 4CH
I agree that is a good deal on the holster!
