Found a boat load of .22 lr ammo at p and d in Edmonton I showed up at 3 today. They had all sorts such as the cci match 20 + brick boxes with some more in a big box. Had fiochii match ammo a brick was 100$ had about 20 to 30 bricks of remington yellow jackets and 20 + bricks of vipers. Also wack of other kinds especially the cci quiets. Best shipment I've seen of .22 ammo in a long time. Hope this helps :)

I have yet to see any shortages here in northern bc. Sure not all brands can be found all the time but ive always been able to get bricks when i need it. The fear mongering is unfortunatly driving prices up which sucks!

I have not seen any new 22lr hit the shelves here for months. Literally. I did speak to one big-box employee who did say the ammo does come in, but "regulars" know when it comes in, and clean the shelves off within a few hours.

Stay Classy.

I regularly visit my favorite stores and know when it comes in, then buy a schit load of it for myself and buddies.

I have been buying a couple bricks every time I go in, never more then needed for next weeks plinking. They always have 15 to 20 boxes left when I leave. The price depends on the brand, from $25 to $50 a brick. I have told many of my friends were to go & have even posted it in there forum a couple of times.

I was excited until I found out that CCI Standard was $49.00 a brick :(

I feel your pain---------but, you gotta pay if you wanna play! I don't think prices will go down, at least not substancially.
Oh, & buy by the case, not the brick----it'll only hurt once!

The Federal 714's I usually buy have gone from $260 per case less than 2 years ago to close to $490 per case now. Inflation anybody?

Was at backcountry in FSJ and there was a pallet of winchester 222 for 15.99 a box. I did not need any as I just picked up 3 bucket o bullets last month at prophet river

SSSSHHHHHHHH!!!!!! That's my go to spot for ammo! ;) :p

Dianne is always on the hunt for .22 ammo. Some of the ammo described was from distributor who was going out of business so we got some odd ball and lesser known brands like Fiocchi. We are waiting for some Rem Bucket of Bullets but did get Viper(sold out) and still have Yellow Jackets. Our mark ups have not changed no matter what the shortage...it all depends on what the distributors charge us. We don't often post .22 prices on the internet as it often sells so fast that by the time most people contact us it's all sold. We have contracts in place to buy hundreds of thousands of rounds but allocation from distributors limits what we receive. Phil.
