Saw this a few months ago and decided to give it a try on my Tavor. It's called the Pup Grip, made by JCW Industries in the USA. Bought it for $29.99 USD shipped from Ebay, and the seller does ship to Canada. I thought it was a bit strange looking at first...kind of like the front grip of the PS90, but in a detachable version for a Picatinny rail. I was also worried that it might bump up against the front of the handguard of the Tavor.
Well, just received it today, and I think I like it. I had a regular stubby vertical grip on there before, but this one gives more hand holding options, and still allows you to use the front of the handguard if you want. It's also very comfortable when gripped in your hand, and the shape fits perfectly in your palm. It does look a bit strange...but whatever...seems to work well, so I'll keep it.
