Take a look at the adjustable hand reamers on KBC Tools website. They have an outfit in the Lower Mainland.
If you have a spare undersize sizer, it's a few minutes with the hand reamer to open one up a half thou at a time.
Or look at the machine reamers, I would say that a .3115 and a .3125 would be where I would start. But they are less flexible size wise, than using a hand adjustable reamer, if faster.
Or, do you know a guy with a metal lathe?
