Found some .284 win

I was going through my late father's ammo stash and came across 30 rounds of .284 win. It is an obsolete round first developed in 1963. Never heard of it before. I wonder what to do with it!
 
You could put them up for sale on the EE and see what happens, or sell them to me for 25 bucks.

I would have to fire them off to retrieve the brass as that is the real value.

One could buy 50 virgin brass for about 40 bucks and reload to get a fresh load of what they want to shoot.
 
My personal outcome is.. I went and bought 50 new brass tonight for 50 dollars taxes in.

Reloading right now with IMR 4064 @ 49.2 grains with 120 gr sierras for a fresh velocity of 3100 fps.:)
