I think its one of the "needle guns" (Google it) but I'm not 100% sure.

I think it is a decoy weight, but definately European origin.

Nope, antique, made before 1898 and the 11x60 mm is not a commonly available cartridge.

I probably will clean it up one day I got nothing to do. I imagine its been in the barn for quite a long time, not in the greatest shape. She sure does have a large bore on it!
