Found time to PC a bunch of stuff

Left to right Lee TL312-93SWC, 379-250RF, CTL312-160-2R, and 7/8 ounce drive keys that I pc'd just for kicks. Tractor red and John Deere green are from Emerald Coatings and the blue is princess auto.

I like the gray colour. What brand is that one?
How did you apply the pc?

It's more purple than grey, it's a mix of all three powders to see what it would do.

I swirl them in pc powder and heavy weight airsoft bbs in ziploc screwtop #5 containers. For the pistol bullets I put in about 100 for the 30 cals about 50 and for the big rifle 250's I put 25 at a time. I place the bullets on pieces of 1/8" sheet aluminum cut to size with a sheet of parchment paper in a $6 dollar toaster oven. Seems to work just fine.

Just curious. Why would you powder coat them? For easier identification? Does it affect function,operation or accuracy?

It replaces traditional lube, acts almost like a polymer jacket, similar to plated bullets. No smoke, no sticky lubes, and its super easy to do.
