Has anybody ever heard of this make? I know someone who has one for sell and i'm thinking to purchase it but i don't know what to offer. Any dollar value on this gun?..........................ED

I can find no reference to Francarm. Is the gun French or Belgian? It is likely to be a gun built by the members of the gunmakers guild, and marketed through a variety of resellers who put their own names on the guns. Guild guns have no inherent dollar value in their name, and the guild would produce everything from absolute junk to the finest arm you could hope for. Therefore, each gun must be evaluated on its own merit. In general, the guns of France are a cut above the average Belgian gun, but this is not much of a guideline. Many of the U/O's produced were copies of the Merkel design. Does it look anything like this?

Describing any markings on the barrels and frame would help ID the gun, and perhaps determine its age.

bringing up a real old thread i know:redface:. I have a Francarm 12 gauge over/under. It is made in france, and is pretty much identical to the older marocchi over/unders. (Was trap shooting last summer and one of the guys at the club had one that was identical, except the engraving was of better quality and of game scenes, and the wood a little nicer, but everything else and excactly the same. Excellent guns. I love mine, points, balances, swings great. very good wood to metal fit, strong and sturdy.
