Trigger looks the same as Sabatti line, it has set screw/lock nut that allows adjusting the weight but that's it, minimal adjustment. Probably bought from them rather then design their own.
I owned a Sabatti for a while...meh kind of rifle, trigger was ok but still heavy even after adjusting.
Sabatti trigger
bought the Franchi Momentum in 308. I went to the shooting range only once to date (damn covid-19 thing!) To go test some brand of cartridge that I had found.
As for the attractiveness of the rifle as such, I really like it, good weight. good balance, don't kick that much.
I find that the action of the bolt is a bit rough but it is surely because it is not yet broken. i fire 47 shooting in a very hot day (29C in the shade), so the tests are not very conclusive.
The ammunition with the best grouping was the Nosler Custum accubon 168gr.
The only thing that I don't like and that I hadn't thought of and that I should have checked is the length of the stock. I am quite tall and my reach means that my eye relief is too short. I contacted Franchi to find out if there was a possibility of adding spacers at the end of the stock and it does not seem to be possible.
This is the only reason at the moment that makes me hesitate if I keep it or not.
