Franchi Renaissance Question

I know which of the two guns I’d rather have, but there is at least an $800 difference in value between the two. And thats definitely not in your favour. To put it into perspective, I paid roughly $1980 taxes and shipping included for 2 Renaissance Field models in the fall of 2016. Both guns we’re in excellent condition and both had really nice walnut stocks. One of which was a left handed model, which was the only one I’ve ever seen or heard of.

Thanks for the tip. I don't think this trade is going to happen. I am a pretty reasonable dude and I do want a nice traditional shotgun but I don't want to lose a pile on the trade either.

Sell the Tavor and use the funds, what ever it may be, to buy a good quality and well fitted gun. Not to say the Franchi isnt good quality, but you’d be surprised by the difference between a Franchi and other guns in the $2000 range. Fit is most important as well. As much as I like the franchi’s, they dont fit me worth a damn

I may have to, I prefer to trade first as you get better value on trade.

If you still are thinking about the Renaissance make sure you try before you buy. The one I had had the worst regulated barrels of any double gun I’ve owned. It shot a foot low at 30 yards. Sold it and found an excellent condition old Superposed for the same money.
